Learning Development Manager

NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a Learning Development Manager in its office in Budapest (Vaci Greens, 13th district). You’ll be part of a team of professionals who are ready to find the best tailor-made IT solutions for their multinational clients in various industries and solve complex problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participation in building the learning process with in the team
• Assistance in organizing training events 
• Development of professional communities with in our team 
• Communication with experts as part of the learning process, distribution of tasks, monitoring their implementation and solving problems that arise in the process

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Knowledge of English, Hungarian  (knowledge of ​​Ukrainian / Russian will be a plus) 
• Competent written and oral communication
• Experience of organizing and managing events 
• Ability to action with a large amount of information
• Planning, analysis and structuring of incoming tasks 
• Proactive approach to tasks completion, flexibility and multitasking
• Ability to action both in a team and independently
