We’re hiring a Business Development Manager for our Budapest office to open the right doors and turn good-fit prospects into long partnerships.
Build and work your own pipeline — research, outreach, and qualification you own end-to-end.
Meet prospects where they are: discovery calls, conferences, roadshows, and expos.
Listen for the real problem, then shape it into an opportunity NIX is genuinely right for.
Nurture and grow existing accounts alongside new logos.
Shepherd proposals and contracts through to signature, on time
Have 3+ years in direct sales of software engineering services.
Know your way around the modern sales stack — CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound automation.
Build relationships easily, in person and online, with the numbers to show you keep them.
Speak and write in English at an advanced level.
