Collaborate with an international team on diverse projects, shaping our employer brand globally.
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across social media, website, internal communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
Build and maintain structured content calendars to align messaging across all key markets where NIX operates.
Manage, publish, and optimize engaging content directly on company websites.
Shape and enhance internal communication channels to boost employee engagement.
Brief, guide, and coordinate internal team members and external contributors to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor channel metrics, analyze performance data, and continuously refine content tactics based on actionable insights.
Champion our tone of voice and brand identity across multiple languages and regional contexts.
Track industry trends and generate fresh ideas to strengthen the NIX employer brand.
Experience: 2+ years of proven success in content strategy, content marketing, or social media management.
Languages: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English (B2+) required; Hungarian is a plus; Ukrainian is an asset.
Multi-Channel Expertise: Proven track record of managing content across varied digital platforms and formats beyond social networks.
Technical Savvy: Ability to quickly adapt to and work with various Content Management Systems (CMS).
Internal Comms Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate internal communications is a strong advantage.
Leadership & Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to guide creators and provide constructive feedback.
