Financial Analyst / Financial Manager
About the Role
- In this role, you will take ownership of financial analytics, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring accuracy and transparency across financial processes.
Work with large volumes of financial data (Excel, analytical tables).
Prepare and consolidate budgets (monthly / quarterly / annual).
Plan and manage payment schedules.
Prepare and analyze financial metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on expenses, budgets, and forecasts.
Monitor actual expenses and analyze variances against the plan.
Contribute to improving financial processes.
At least 1 year of experience as an Economist or Accountant.
Hands-on experience with management and financial reporting.
Strong Excel skills (working with large datasets, formulas, and pivot tables).
Experience with accounting systems (including QuickBooks or similar).
Basic knowledge of financial data processes: budgeting, planning, and cost analysis.
Language Skills: Fluency in Ukrainian. English – Intermediate or higher (for working with documentation and communication).
Experience working with international companies or global financial processes.
Background in IT or service-based companies.
Experience with reporting automation (Excel / Google Sheets).
Experience working with large financial datasets and optimizing them.
