About the Project

We’re seeking passionate IT Instructors and Mentors to shape the future of learning in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Our goal is to create new and improve existing IT courses to make learning more effective and engaging.
Deliver engaging sessions to groups of students.
Provide mentorship and guidance to learners.
Design and develop new IT courses from concept to completion, collaborating with technical experts.
Analyze and align course content with skill requirements and candidate needs.
Create comprehensive educational materials, including theoretical content, practical exercises, tests, and case studies.
Integrate modern educational technologies and gamification strategies into corporate training.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of NIX’s educational programs.
Support and advise fellow instructors on training methodologies.
What we expect from you
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science.
- Expertise in one or more of the following: Java, C#/.NET, Linux/DevOps, Automation QA.
- Proficient in English (B2+), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills for managing extensive educational content.
- Proactive and analytical approach to planning and completing tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
At least one year of relevant professional experience.
Experience as a mentor or technical expert in an IT company, university, or vocational school.
