About the Project

We are a team of professionals who develop products for medical research, analysis, and predictions together with our foreign partners. All projects are long-term with high-level business requirements that are split and scheduled for several iterations. The responsibilities of a Business Analyst are the balanced combination of communication with the stakeholders, analysis of the system requirements, and interaction with the team. The Business Analyst is building and documenting the requirements for complex systems with no or limited user interface, which are the services for other healthcare products.
Investigate the existing products and services within the healthcare domain.
With guidance from a mentor create user stories, mind maps, diagrams, data mapping, iteration plan, and develop additional requirements artifacts.
Drive collaboration within the team using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and overseeing engineering meetings.
Communicate with distributed team members and stakeholders.
Perform acceptance testing and share the findings with customers and stakeholders.
What we expect from you

Knowledge of requirements lifecycle, business analysis techniques, and requirements management tools.

Level of English: upper-intermediate or higher (both written and verbal).

Degree in computer science or relevant field.

Understanding the principles of REST API and client-server architecture.

Having 1+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Systems Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT / Quality Assurance Engineer / Support Specialist or related position will be a valuable addition.
