Responsibilities

Process setup and automation: working with developers and senior administrators to implement custom solutions, automate business processes, and configure the system.

Security and permissions: administering security settings, profiles, and permissions to manage access to data and functionality.

Data management: responsible for data quality, data import, data export, and maintenance. Ensuring data integrity through regular checks.

User support: providing user assistance, troubleshooting, responding to requests, and providing training to maximize Salesforce use.

What we expect from you

2+ years of experience in the role of Salesforce Administrator/Implementer.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
Confident use of the Salesforce declarative tools suite.
Good knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce database interaction.
Intermediate+ level of technical English (spoken, written).
Proactive communication skills.

WILL BE A GREAT PLUS:

Salesforce Administrator certification.

Experience in custom development on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC).

Experience working with other Salesforce applications or clouds (Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.).

Experience working with SFDX & Git.
