Support the recruitment team by delivering tasks on time and with precision.
Conduct phone pre-screenings with candidates.
Maintain and update our candidate database.
Assist with sourcing candidates via LinkedIn.
Act as the first point of contact for applicants.
Represent NIX at job fairs and company events.
What we expect from you
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English (at least B2).
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition.
Sourcing experience on LinkedIn and with job sites.
Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Arabic language.
