Experience in working with distributed and multinational teams.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather detailed healthcare-specific requirements.
Translate complex hospital operational needs into structured documentation (Epics, Features, User Stories, technical stories, and spikes).
Lead process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Support stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), proactively addressing identified gaps.
Effectively manage incidents through identification, prioritization, documentation, and resolution to ensure minimal operational disruption.
Apply elements of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including Agile Release Train (ART) practices, PI planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to agile methodologies.
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in IT.
Comprehensive understanding and practical experience in all business analysis process development phases, including elicitation, decomposition, modeling, documentation, traceability, prioritization, and change management.
Proven experience in effective backlog management.
Significant experience with Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills.
Level of English B2 or higher (both written and verbal).
Strong technical background.
System thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards or similar Agile project management tools.
Knowledge and practical application of elements within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Experience with ERP modules specific to healthcare inventory and supply chain management.
