Learning Coordinator
About the Project
- We are looking for a Learning Coordinator to join the Learning & Development Center at NIX. We pay special attention to training existing and potential employees and launching corporate learning and development programs in the field of IT, Business Analysis, Project Management, Soft skills development, etc. And we are looking for a coordinator for those programs.
Process candidates for learning and development programs: incoming requests and calls, profiling, communication during onboarding into the courses.
Consult candidates and teachers on training issues.
Coordinate candidates and teachers during classes.
Make and receive calls and collect feedback.
Create and approve schedules.
Organize and host events.
Prepare classrooms for classes.
Hold meetings with candidates regarding the quality of training and their progress.
Conduct reports.
What we expect from you
- High communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, Hungarian.
- Confident user of Google Workspace.
- Ability to work with a large amount of information.
- Planning, analysis and structuring of incoming tasks.
- Proactive approach to tasks, flexibility and multitasking.
- Ability to work both in a team and independently.
Have relevant working experience for at least 1 year.
Have work experience as a learning coordinator or administrator in IT company or IT School.
Know how the IT industry works.
Know Ukrainian/Russian.
