About the Project
- We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive the development of our Employer Brand through both internal and external initiatives. If you have solid experience in the Hungarian market and interested in joining the international IT Team — we’d love to hear from you. At NIX PR Department you’d have an opportunity to work closely with a multicultural team of professionals, manage local vendors, and shape how our brand is seen by future talent.
Support marketing efforts to boost company awareness and talent loyalty by contributing ideas, managing local vendor partnerships (outdoor, radio, press, print), and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication delivery.
Coordinate employer brand activities — including events, creative activations, and other visibility initiatives.
Launch and oversee influencer campaigns: from identifying local influencers to managing outreach and content delivery.
Support the creation of branded merchandise and marketing materials for HR and PR needs.
Work closely with designers, copywriters, and the digital marketing team to align communication strategy with recruitment goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and candidate behavior to refine campaign performance.
Higher education, preferably in marketing, communications, or management.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications.
Strong understanding of the Hungarian market and local media/communication trends.
Experience with influencer marketing, vendor collaboration, and creative project management.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and keep projects on schedule.
Excellent communication skills and a creative, proactive mindset.
Languages: English and Hungarian — B2 level or higher.
