Department onboarding assistance.
Department paperwork.
Informational assistance.
Announcements creation.
Organizing internal and external meetings.
Assisting department employees with organizational tasks.
Managing correspondence lists.
Collection of work feedback from employees.
Assistance to build good working environment and processes.
Native-level or upper-intermediate proficiency in Hungarian.
Intermediate or higher proficiency in written and spoken English.
Possibility to work from the office full time.
Strong communication skills.
Psychological stability and high level of patience.
Punctuality and confidence in your actions.
The ability to work in a team.
Experience creating presentations.
Experience creating timetables.
Experience working with Microsoft Office application (Google Products).
Management experience.
Similar position experience in the past.
IT backgroud, understanding IT terminology.
Native or Upper Intermediate level of written and verbal Ukrainian will be a plus.
Experience in international exchange programs.
Experience working in a multinational environment.
