Responsibilities

Prepare and send a letter of welcome to a new employee.

Organise a meeting for the newcomer in the office, including an introductory tour.

Organise an introductory presentation for newcomers at the departmental level.

Adding newcomers to the necessary corporate chats and knowledge bases.

Send out questionnaires to new employees and process the responses received.

Tracking the employee’s adaptation period (probationary, training, permanent employment).

Update employee data in the internal system (location, education, etc.), including group changes or transfers to other departments.

Control over the preparation and timely completion of documents and reports.

Verification of the number of hours of work from the declared to the confirmed.

Manage confirmation of reported non-commercial hours in the internal system.

Manage non-productive workload in the internal system (entering holidays, sick leave, etc.).

Submit maintenance or administrative requests.

Providing access to corporate projects.

Manage the department’s calendar.

Assist in organising employee birthday and anniversary celebrations, including preparing gifts and greetings.

Keep records of the budget for events in the department.

Assist in maintaining the corporate channel: publishing digests, columns (birthdays, anniversaries, recommendations) and organisational announcements.

Organisation of production and distribution of corporate merchandise.

What we expect from you

Intermediate or higher level of written and verbal English language.

Native or Upper Intermediate level of written and verbal Hungarian.

Possibility to work from the office full time.

Confident MS Windows user.

Psychological stability and high level of patience.

Punctuality and confidence in your actions.

Experience creating presentations.

Experience creating timetables.

Experience working with Google Products and Microsoft Office application.

Will be a great plus

Native or Upper Intermediate level of written and verbal Ukrainian.

Intercultural awareness: Understanding different cultural norms and communication styles will enhance collaboration within the team.

Basic knowledge of data domain.

Basic knowledge of design tools can be helpful for creating presentations or communication material.
