Support the administrative processes of the entire employee lifecycle, including on-and offboarding, compulsory health check administration etc.
Conducting personnel administration in full: acceptance, transfer, dismissal, registration of vacations.
Handling of personal data.
Contribute to HR processes design and improvements.
Being the first point of contact for employees in all HR Admin related questions & inquiries, provide HR professional support on everyday matters, requests of employees.
Preparation of reports for company management.
What we expect from you

Experience of at least 1 years in a similar position (in the direction of personnel administration).

Experience at enterprises with more than 100 employees.

Good knowledge of Hungarian labor legislation and regulatory documents.

Knowledge of English language (minimum B2 level) and knowledge of Ukrainian (or Russian) languages is mandatory, Hungarian would be a plus.

Ability to work with large amounts of information.

Checking, editing and printing of primary documentation.

Correspondence with counterparties in electronic form.

Responsible attitude to work, accuracy, decency and punctuality.

Confident PC user, Word and Excel.

Advantage the previous experience working with HR systems.
