Junior IT Project Manager
Assisting in gathering client requirements and understanding project goals.
Supporting the breakdown of project tasks into manageable activities.
Contributing to the creation of project schedules and basic sprint plans.
Managing team schedules, including tracking time off and absences.
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with team members and stakeholders.
Preparing project documentation and status reports.
Learning to identify project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
Monitoring task progress and helping to ensure deadlines are met.
Supporting budget tracking and expense monitoring under supervision.
Facilitating project meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Using standard PM tools and PMO templates.
1+ year experience in IT project management.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of SDLC.
Desire to help the client and solve his problem.
Willingness to learn, openness to hear feedback and engage in continuous improvement.
Positive and never-give-up attitude.
