Responsibilities

Process candidates for learning and development programs: incoming requests and calls, profiling, communication during onboarding into the courses.

Consult candidates and teachers on training issues.

Coordinate candidates and teachers during classes.

Make and receive calls and collect feedback.

Сreate and approve schedules.

Organize and host events.

Prepare classrooms for classes.

Hold meetings with candidates regarding the quality of training and their progress.

Conduct reports.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU / REQUIREMENTS:

High communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, Hungarian.
Confident user of Google Workspace.
Ability to cope with large amounts of information.
Planning, analysis and structuring of incoming tasks.
Proactive approach to tasks completion, flexibility and multitasking.
Capability to function effectively both as part of a team and autonomously.

WILL BE A GREAT PLUS:

Have relevant experience for at least 1 year.

Have experience as a learning coordinator or administrator in IT company or IT School.

Know how the IT industry works.

Know Ukrainian/Russian.
