Office Manager with knowledge of Ukrainian and Hungarian
Inventory management of storage facilities.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the office.
Coordinating the work of internal contractors: cleaners, plumbers, drivers, and other maintenance personnel.
Handling day-to-day operational and organizational office tasks to ensure a comfortable working environment.
Monitoring and overseeing repair and preventive maintenance work within the office premises.
Registering employees for access cards.
Keeping records of room and facility occupancy.
Organizing document flow (receiving and sending documentation, maintaining reports).
Managing dormitory operations: resident check-ins, supervising cleaners, and organizing laundry services.
Performing computer-based tasks: maintaining documentation, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
Conducting analytics and preparing statistics on office conditions and contractor performance.
Providing translation and informational support for employees and management.
Making independent decisions followed by evaluation and analysis of potential outcomes.
What we expect from you
- Proficiency in Ukrainian and Hungarian — mandatory.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google programs.
- Readiness to solve interesting and diverse tasks.
- Ability to independently organize the implementation of work projects.
- Independence in decision-making with subsequent evaluation and analysis of results.
- Strong communication skills and ability to establish quick and effective contact with people.
