NIX, a global supplier of software engineering and IT outsourcing services, is looking for a
UX/UI Designer
Designing websites, mobile apps and other digital products.
Provide expert assessment of interfaces for ease of use and compliance with current guidelines.
1+ year of experience as a full-time UX/UI designer.
In-depth understanding of design principles.
Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear and consistent user experience.
Understanding of component design best practices and there implementation in markup.
Understanding of basic color theory principles.
Understanding of core WCAG guidelines and their application for common UI elements.
English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
Proficient in Figma: working with design system library and prototyping.
Creative thinking.
Attention to details.
The desire for self-development.
Independence, responsibility and initiative.
Ability to work in a team, clear and concise formulation of one’s ideas, ability to convey one’s point of view.
Experience in UX Research is preferred (identifying target audience, interviewing users, documenting).
Experience in creating animations (e.g. After Effects, etc).
Proficient in Adobe package (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
Knowledge of Ukrainian.
