How did you get into NIX?
I found a course advertised on Instagram.
Have you enjoyed the education process at NIX?
Yes, it was great. Everybody was friendly and always ready to help if I had some additional questions. Also the course was created without big gaps between topics, which makes learning easier. By the end of the course I got introduced to a lot of topics and technologies that I now use in practice. I also had a really good programmer as my mentor – it is always nice to learn from such an experienced specialist.
How do you like your work at NIX?
The friendly atmosphere here is awesome. Everybody is open to helping each other and sharing experiences.
What do you like the most about your work?
I’m a React developer so I build client-side web applications. The most important thing here is that I can see what I’m creating with my own eyes. Developing apps where you have nothing at first, then by the end you get a web app you can actually interact with is fascinating, I really like it.

What was your previous profession?

How did you get into NIX?
It feels like the result of a lovely coincidence. Around the time I was finishing up Uni, I got pretty interested in IT and project management. One day, scrolling through Instagram I stumbled upon an advert for the Project Management Course and I thought this might be what I was looking for. I went to see one of the workshops to see if I could imagine myself at NIX… And I guess the rest is history.
Have you enjoyed the education process at NIX?
I was both challenged by the course and supported by my mentor. It was an experience I’m happy to have had, an experience to kick off my journey in project management.
How do you like your work at NIX?
There’s plenty of things going on to keep me on my toes, so it’s hard to get bored.

I was a university student.
How did you get into NIX?
I first heard about NIX way back at home, in Ukraine. A friend of mine (currently my colleague Zhmaitsev Mykhailo) told me told me about NIX being present in Budapest conducting educational programs I could apply for.
Have you enjoyed the education process at NIX?
YES! It was perfect! Although I had had some knowledge before the Course, I learned much more during the educational program. I liked everything from the tutors to home tasks. The atmosphere was always nice and friendly, and the level of teaching materials was very high.
How do you like your work at NIX?
It’s just my third week working here but I can already say I am really into it! I am on a probation period right now getting the necessary know-how for doing my job properly. I have mentors and also my team lead, whom I can always ask about necessary information. I also really like the office, the people and of course, the events!

Have you enjoyed the education process at NIX?
It was my second IT course, so I had some previous experiences for comparison. I really enjoyed the NIX Course: we got a chance to do a lot of practical tasks and assignments during the free Course, while in the paid Course the main emphasis was on the theoretical part.

I love my job. I really like working in the office, I enjoy the comfortable conditions, the friendly team and the delicious coffee.
