Employer Brand Manager
About the Project
- Do you move easily between analytics and brainstorms, between managing teams and shaping brand narratives? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for!
Develop and execute Employer Brand strategy (EVP, messaging, tone of voice) aligned with business needs.
Own cross-channel campaigns end-to-end — from brief to final report, keeping timelines on track and stakeholders aligned.
Lead your project team: copywriters, designers, event managers, digital marketers, and more.
Track KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and present results to stakeholders.
Grow and scale communication channels to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
Research market trends and run brainstorms to fuel creative, high-impact content.
3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
Degree in Advertising, Media Communications, or a related field.
English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset and a proactive approach.
Analytical and organizational skills, comfortable working with metrics.
Basic project management skills: task setting, roadmaps, feedback loops, and deadline ownership.
Experience in IT is a plus.
