Responsibilities

Providing full secretarial and administrative services.

Organization of business trips of managers or teams (buying tickets, searching and booking hotels, making travel plans).

Preparation of comprehensive and detailed travel plans, routes and schedules, as well as preparation of documents for meetings.

Maintenance of financial documentation.

Conducting in-depth analytical work, translation and information support.

Organization of document management (receiving and sending documentation, reporting).

Communication with counterparties.

Issuance of visas, invitations.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU / REQUIREMENTS:

Good command of the English language.
Knowledge of the Hungarian language will be a plus, but it is not mandatory.
Mandatory knowledge of the Ukrainian or Russian language.
Confident skills in using Microsoft Office and office equipment.
Experience in organizing business meetings, keeping protocols and document management.
The ability to communicate with middle managers.
Sociability and openness.
