PR & Event Manager
Plan and execute large-scale corporate events for 1000+ guests.
Strengthen our HR brand by working with industry experts to create valuable learning experiences.
Bring online events to life – manage live streams, webinars, and hybrid event formats.
Generate creative concepts.
Coordinate photoshoots for brand campaigns – from event photography to promotional materials.
Develop corporate merchandise.
Engage internal & external audiences – organise activities that captivate employees and the public alike.
PR-savvy – understand the basics of PR and how to apply them effectively.
Experienced event planner with at least 1,5 years in a similar role and a sharp eye for detail.
Tech-smart – confident in managing the technical side of online streams.
Multitasking pro – skilled at handling multiple projects, coordinating vendors.
Strong communicator – passionate about branding, storytelling, and creating unforgettable experiences.
Organized – proficient in Google Sheets and structuring information.
Strong English skills (at least B2 level).
