What we expect from you

Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, computer science, or similar.

Upper-intermediate level of English.

Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).

Experience with DBMS (PostgreSQL).

Experience with DWH (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS RedShift, etc.).

Full proficiency in SQL (data modeling, queries, and analytic/window functions).

Familiarity with data warehouse and ETL pipeline principles.

Advanced level of MS Excel.

Data mining and data analysis techniques.

Experience in translating business needs/requirements into technical specifications (gathering, presenting, estimating, prioritizing, etc.).

A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies.

Extensive knowledge of business analysis techniques (use case scenarios, user stories, prioritization techniques, estimation approaches, etc.).

Communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain good working relationships with external organizations and internal customers.

Excellent time-management skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the ability to handle multi-tasking activities.

Git/VCS experience.

Knowledge of requirements management tools: Jira and Confluence.
Experience with Python 3 (Pandas, Numpy, etc.).
Cloud tools expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in analyzing data from third-party providers: Google Analytics (GTM), AdWords, Facebook Insights, etc.
Experience with Product analytics tools: Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
Good understanding of data mining/analysis methods, working knowledge of statistical methods (correlation, regression, cluster analysis, K-means, decision trees, etc.).
Application to business problems: KPI, OKR, Conversions, LTV/CAC, ROI, Cohort analysis, a-ha moment analysis, ABC-analysis.
Knowledge of A/B testing techniques.
