Recruitment Coordinator (Ukrainian and English speaker)
Providing support to the recruitment team by completing designated activities within agreed timeframes.
Conducting phone pre-screening calls with candidates.
Maintaining and working with a candidate database.
Assisting with active search (LinkedIn, profession.hu).
Acting as a first point of contact for applicants.
Representing NIX company on job fairs and at company’s events.
What we expect from you

Excellent communication skills.

Mandatory knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages (at least Upper Intermediate).

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Organised and proactive approach.

Detail-oriented mindset.
Previous experience in Talent Acquisition.
Sourcing experience on LinkedIn and/or profession.hu.
